A Roof Coating is an aditional layer of protection places on a finished roof. It establishes a barrier between the roof tiles and the 'elements'. It is a practical and cost-effective way of extending the life of your roof by reducing its exposure and inhibiting deterioration.

DO I NEED MY ROOF COATED?

Most modern roofing materials were designed to last 20 years, so if yur home is more than 20 years ild most probably your roof has already lasted well. Applying a water-based acrylic resin will once more allow your roof to repel water, dirt and oils.

WHAT IF MY HOUSE IS LESS THAN 20 YEARS OLD?

You can still have your roof coated to extend its life or it may benefit from a simple wash and biocide to clean and protect it from the growth of algaes and lichen.

WHAT GUARANTEES DOES A ROOF COAT HAVE?

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?

It depends on the size of your roof, how much debris has accumulated and the weather. Small to medium properties 2-3 days, large properties upto 5 days. Quicker and far less disruptive than a new roof.
